It’s difficult to make Rhys break a sweat as he meets most situations with an air of optimism. Very few have seen him angry and even when he's enraged he's quick to rein in his emotions. In fact, it's more likely for others to become irritated with him due to his perceived laziness or naivete.

However in times of crisis, Rhys has an ability to make quick assessments of situations but often needs others' inputs to carry anything out. He knows his limits and is quick to listen to what his peers have to say. Despite this, there is a limit to his open-mindedness and he will not hesitate to speak up if he feels as if others are looking down on him or abusing their authority.

Although he often looks like he just rolled out of bed, he's a bit hard to get a hold of as he always has plans, whether they're spontaneous or not. In addition to this, his sense of time is slightly warped and he's often chided by his superiors over his lack of punctuality.

He's an engaged conversation partner but when the conversation is over, the other party may feel as if he talked a lot about nothing. Very few know of his history as he does not make it a point to share it. However he'll provide details when prompted.

He will splurge on himself on a whim and he encourages others to treat themselves and take it easy as well. His living space is quite minimal but with a few odd trinkets adorning the furniture. It's easy to wonder how someone such as him gets any work done.
